Ooper wali normal Caller ID app shop ki SIM calls pakadti hai aur seedhi install ho jati hai. Agar aap ke gaahak WhatsApp par bhi call karte hain to yeh alag "plus" app lagayein — yeh SIM aur WhatsApp dono calls pakadti hai.
Farq sirf itna hai: WhatsApp calls parhne ke liye Android ki notification access chahiye, aur Google Play Protect aisi app ka website se install khud rok deti hai ("App blocked to protect your device"). App bilkul theek hai — TaxNest ki apni signed app hai — bas install ke waqt Play Protect ka scan 2 minute ke liye band karna parta hai.
- Phone par Play Store kholein → ooper apni profile photo par tap karein → Play Protect → ooper dayen settings (gear) → "Scan apps with Play Protect" ko OFF kar dein.
- Wapas aa kar neeche wala WhatsApp wali APK download karein aur file par tap kar ke Install karein. ("Unknown apps" wala sawal aaye to Allow from this source chunein.)
- Install hote hi Play Protect dobara ON kar dein (wohi rasta, switch wapas ON) — phone ki hifazat barqarar rahegi, TaxNest app chalti rahegi.
- App kholein, apne admin/manager login se sign in karein, aur pehle screen par notification access ki ijazat de dein. Phir "Test ring" dabayein — POS sale screen par popup aana chahiye.
Play Protect band karna sirf install ke waqt ka qadam hai. Install ke foran baad usay dobara ON karna na bhoolein.
Installing an APK on Android
- Download the APK on your phone and tap the file in your notifications or Downloads folder.
- If Android asks about "unknown apps", tap Settings → Allow from this source, then go back and tap Install. This appears because the app is installed directly from our website instead of the Play Store — it is signed by TaxNest and safe.
- Open the app and sign in with the same login you use on the website.
The Desktop Agent pairs with your shop from inside your POS panel (Settings → Desktop App). Apps are free — features follow your TaxNest package.
